Stage Suite
Timer, speaker notes and lucky draw for the stage. Open the operator dashboard on your laptop, then connect each screen with the same room code.
Operator
Run the rundown, timers, notes, messages and the lucky draw. A second laptop on the same code becomes co-operator.

For the confidence monitor, prompter or venue screen: shows the timer, notes, the shared screen and the lucky draw.

A full-screen draw on this computer, no room needed. Names, pictures and winners stay in this browser.

Bring in the rundown
In Kelar: the project › Agenda › Share › view only, then copy the link. The rundown keeps following the agenda in Kelar: edit it there and the stage timer updates within two minutes.
Share the sheet as Anyone with the link can view and copy the link of the tab with the rundown. It needs a heading row with a time column and an activity column (Duration, End and Speaker are read too). Rows like "Day 2" or "Morning Session" start a day or a session. Checked again every minute.
Each item starts with its time. A speaker goes after "|", a tab or " - ". "Day 2" or a date starts a new day; "Morning Session" starts a session. Fix any misread line here and the preview follows.
